Strategic Planning Update and Invitation

We thank everyone in the West Lafayette community who has contributed to our strategic planning process thus far. On Monday, Skybound Education consultant, Mr. Adam Jones presented a summary of all surveys and focus group findings to the West Lafayette Community School Corporation Board of Trustees.

Additionally, we hope members of the community will continue to support the process through sharing your input as we use all of your valuable feedback to draft our strategic plan. A draft and review session hosted by Skybound will take place on April 10 from 4:30pm - 5:30pm.

• Participants will review key themes and potential initiatives that align to West Lafayette's goals over the next few years.

• Participants will be invited to share their thoughts on words, phrases, actions, and resources that will help bring the strategic plan to life.
